Jamie Foxx Blasphemously Calls Obama “God and Our Lord and Savior”

Though I have seen a couple of films with actor Jamie Foxx and heard a few songs from him as well, the 44-year-old star promoted Barack Obama at the Soul Train Awards braodcast on BET (Black Entertainment Television) on Sunday night. However, it was the blasphemous way in which Foxx presented Obama that caught the attention of many.

“First of all, give an honor to our God and our lord and savior, Barack Obama. Barack Obama.”

Talk about an Obamanation! You can hardly distinguish if he is even separating Obama from God.

Foxx gave a popularity hand to Obama in both the 2008 campaign and in 2012.

Some commenting on various articles reporting the blasphemy of Jamie Foxx said he wasn’t over the top, bu this was just over exaggerated and he was being comical. So this is what blasphemy has come to these days. First, blasphemy gets dismissed as “sympathetic” and declared “out of context” when it’s someone on the right and then it is simply defended as “over exaggerated” when it is someone on the left (See comments section).

I’ll simply remind you of a few things here. Back just before the 2012 Democrat National Convention in Charlotte, calendars were being sold and in the month of Obama’s birth, August, was a picture of Obama in the Oval Office, his birth certificate and the words, “Heaven Sent: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life – John 3:16.”

Not only that, but it was Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan who referred to Barack Obama as the “Messiah.”

Who could forget the young children singing the praises of Barack Hussein Obama (MMM, mmmm, mmmm)?

Then there have been a flood of reports, paintings and websites over the past few years that promote the blasphemy of Barack Obama as God.

Let’s not forget that the cult of personality has a long history with men like Hitler, Stalin and Mussolini. Whether one said it or not they were treated by many as though they were gods, but they were merely men, just as Barack Obama is and just as Jamie Foxx is. There is nothing comical in the reference that Foxx gave concerning Barack Obama.
