I wonder how many more are doing something similar and not even being looked at. Odds are the only reason that that these got caught is because someone did not get the payment that they thought they deserved or ticked off at one or more of the people doing the smuggling. With so many employees of government groups these days refusing to give their name or even an employee id # (“for security reasons”) and of course we are not allowed to photograph or record the people, thus it is nearly impossible for an outsider to be able to being any realistic charges or any complaints that will be taken seriously since any one filing the complaints or charges are left with only being able to say "Someone in (what ever organization) on a particular day at a particular time committed some illegal act." With just T S A for example that narrows it down to how many hundreds of people?
Doesn’t that make everyone feel so much safer?
The environment the government has set up of “secret police and secret official” which are only answerable to the internal workings of the government creates an environment which breads and realistically encourages corruption and abuse of power.
It is time to kick these people out both the secret police and the officials that created and encourage the B.S. to continue without reasonable oversight and control, through whatever means is required.

Three TSA agents and at least two police officers have been arrested, accused of being involved in a massive oxycodone trafficking operation between Connecticut, New York and Florida, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
The arrested officers include three Transportation Security Administration officers based at airports in Florida and New York, a Westchester County police officer and a Florida State Trooper, whose names have not been released.
Officials said the suspects are accused of receiving cash to assist in moving tens of thousands of oxycodone pills from Florida to New York and Connecticut as well as transporting cash proceeds from the sale of the drugs back to Florida.
U.S. Attorney David B. Fein, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and Stamford Police Chief Robert Nivakoff will hold a news conference on Tuesday afternoon in Stamford to discuss the arrests. |
