If the big bang created the particles that gathered together to form planets, the primordial ooze that primitive live first crawled out of, eventually evolving into humans . . .

Do you think the same big bang could have created some God like creature somewhere that simply evolved faster than us?

In a hypothetical environment, I would agree such a thing could happen.

In fact it if we accept abiogenesis as the way all life began, there could be far more advanced civilizations in the universe that could easily appear to be gods to us at our present level of development.

To continue on with that line of logic, if we want to talk hypothetically, perhaps even one of those super advanced civilizations started the life on our planet.

HOWEVER

Assuming one wants to stay true to the bible, the idea does not work. For the bible very clearly says that Our Creator was around before anything else was. Plus the whole Idea of abiogenesis (aka: spontaneous generation) has a few “tiny” holes in it that one can easily fit an aircraft carrier though.

A lot of people have trouble bridging the gap between science and religion I personally have never had a problem except for the extreme whackos on all sides that insist that everyone believe their narrow minded perverted view of the universe.

I always looked at science & religion this way, The Bible tells us WHAT God did/is doing while with science we try with our limited yet expanding knowledge to figure out HOW God did it.

As for The Big Bang and The Bible I suspect the Biggest Bang that ever happened was when the statement was made, “LET THERE BE LIGHT”.

I think, I see where you are tying to go with your idea and it is an interesting idea.

Just do us all a favor and do not try to make The Bible say something it does not.
