There are some people that have been around since before we were born, we see their highs, the good things they have done, as well as the things that were not so good. While we know in the back of our minds that it is impossible somehow in our hearts we want to believe they will live forever. But alas that is not meant to be and like so many that have passed before another treasure is lost.

Elizabeth Taylor's funeral set for today

Elizabeth Taylor's private funeral is scheduled to take place today, according to Entertainment Tonight and TMZ.

The service will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks and Mortuaries in Glendale, Calif., the same cemetery where Taylor's good friend Michael Jackson was laid to rest in 2009.
