Restricted and a thumb down next to user post and/or id.

What does this mean?

This is a mark indicating that the user has violated one or more of the common decency rules regarding how users should act on this board.

While there are many areas that could get a user placed on the restricted/probation list one of the top things that will get a person on the list is promoting spam, drugs, porn, various marketing scams, etc. within their profile and/or their postings.

We will remove the material we consider inappropriate and place the user on the restricted list.

A second offense will result in the user id being removed and potentially banned from the BBS.

Note: Postings that have nothing to do with the topic category, only promoting sales, scams, etc. will result in immediate lock down / removal and/or ban from the BBS.

One can get off the restricted by posting valid messages WITHOUT the spam and other advertisements.
