Let me ask this question, who would you rather be around and work with, someone that spreads lies about you, calls you names, and spits at you
OR
someone that actually likes and respects you?

God does not play favorites, but at the same time He does not go where he is not invited or welcome.

It is our choice as to which side we follow. And the consequences of our free will choices (both good and bad) not only affect ourselves but many times those around us as well. Either for good or for ill.

As a result I can see where people might think God is playing favorites but in reality it is each of us that is playing favorites. Because we each choose what path we will follow. . . Either by doing what is truly right, not just for ourselves but everyone OR following the other path of greed, selfishness, lies and deception.

Each path has it's own rewards and how it affects everyone around us.

Just something to think about.
