Suppose you accidentally discovered a method that another government is using to send information to and from its agents located in your country. The messages you discovered are relatively benign but do have interesting information, mostly related to information espionage and information smuggling.

What would you do with the information?

Turn the information over to your government officials; keep it for yourself or do something else with it?

Would which government was transferring the information make a difference as to what you would do?
